Treatments

Shamanic Healing

A session will last approximately one hour, including a consultation. You will relax on a treatment bed with music playing. As I am called by spirit, I will work on the energy that needs healing, also depending on our consultation.

Energy Massage

Often a client may be experiencing a physical ailment and want me to work on that area. I will do some hands on energy work and provide a massage treatment along with shamanic healing. The massage allows for that energy to be released and the healing will allow some understanding of why you are experiencing pain.

Expressive Arts

In an expressive arts session we will focus on the art making process. This may manifest in a painting, a story, a song or a dance. Please know this is not about creating a masterpiece and no previous experience in any of the arts is necessary. This is about allowing the work to unfold. You may have experienced trauma that you wish to heal from and several sessions will help you transform that energy. I also offer other artistic processes such as creating vision boards and creating soul/vision art.

Meditation & Journeying

During a meditation, your energy will be focused on a particular object or vision. As you remain focused, you will become very relaxed and the voices in your head will quiet. You will be taken to a deeper level of consciousness. During a journey, you will relax and become focused on traveling to a time or place as guided.

Smudging & Clearing

Smudging consists of burning a variety of herbs, predominantly sage, in order to create sacred space and cleanse a person or an area of negative energy, thoughts and feelings. Energy can also be moved and cleared by sound. Before each session and each circle, the space will be cleared so the work can be done. Sometimes a home or a business asks for a smudge and/or clearing of any negativity. Often the energies of past inhabitants and/or the energy they held will stay in a space unless cleared. This process is done for the greater good and will not drive out positive forces or spirits.
